Improved accuracy when missing data on inland movements from pickup to port of loading

When shipping by sea with missing details on the road vehicle used from pickup to port of loading, Pledge can now generate emissions calculations based on the vehicle most likely to have been used. Estimates are based on (and require inputs on) cargo (weight, packaging i.e container) and country.
